When I first moved here a year ago the place seemed nice.We started out with a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious. However the A\C had issues. After about a month

in the apartment we started to have problems with ants.At first a few here an there I alerted the management and they told me they would have someone come and take a

look at the place I thought great!

After two weeks no one showed up and so I went back to inquire again. They assured me someone would be out that Friday so I even took the day off the next day to make

sure they would be able to get in so I could explain the problem to them.I sat in my living room all day waiting for a knock on the door that never came. When I opened

the door there was a note on my door saying they had came by but no one came by my apartment if they did they were invisible! So I went to Wal-Mart and bought some

insecticide and took care of the problem myself over a period of 6 months or so.When I say I had an ant problem I mean hundreads of ants! I left my earphones on the

living room carpet one night and I came back the next day and found that my earphones were filled with ants!! I dont mean one or two ants either I removed the ear

covers and took them outside and banged them against the concrete and literally dozens of ants came falling out! I would even go to work sometimes and sit at my desk

with my work laptop and they would crawl out!! All from my apartment!! With that being said I thought well maybe I just got a bad apartment.

Overall I like the location the staff seemed mostly friendly if not prompt about having issues fixed and taken care of. At the end of my lease I renewed and got a

different apartment. This time no ants yet! But I have only been here perhaps a month now.Unfortunately on week 2 the A\C quit in the apartment and we were out of AC

for a period of two weeks. The maintenance guys did put a temporart A\C in the bedroom but the rest of the house was completely unbearable.

After all of that not one time did i complain I understand some things may take time especially mechanical issues and I have always been prompt on my rent I was late

one time that was it and I think that was during the big Ice storm we had here.

Yesterday I come home to a note saying that I owe a grand + to the apartment complex.I thought that was rather strange seeing as how I just paid my rent on the 1st and

this was the 2nd and all fees are due on the 3rd for the previous month. After further reading the document I see that I owe a 600+ dollar damages fee to my previous

apartment.

I have never trashed an apartment and I have a spotless rental record I didnt do anything to this one either. I went to the managements office and asked to speak to

management and they told me they were not there today so I asked as to what the damage was to the old apartment was and the attendant couldnt tell me then she picked

up the phone and called the manager who just so happened to be sitting right up stairs and the attendant asked her what was going on and she answered that she would

discuss it with me next week.
Thats of course after 2 days worth of late fees will have been allowed to build up on the account. The office is not open on Sunday and Monday is labor day. For the

managment to place a note on my door the day before rent is due after having walked into the managements office to pay rent the day before and they not mention

anything to me is beyond me.

For me to have been here this long and they just mention this so called "damage" to me after a month is also beyond me.After this issue is settled I plan on retracting

from my lease and paying whatever fee is neccessary to get away from this place!! I suggest you dont rent here!
