Apartment Reviews for Foxborough Apartments - Irving

I waited a month from move in to review just to be certain I could be accurate. The pics I posted below I took with my phone on moving day and then again last week for a friend, but they show the place pretty accurately. (2 days to upload'')

I have to say that I have really found no faults with Venterra, the parent company or with the Foxborough Staff here. There were minor little issues upon move in that concerned me, but they have all been addressed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Even when there was a discrepancy on my actual lease concerning fees and rent, they handled it quickly and "in house." I did not have to wait for "the home office" to check it out or any of that... Cynthia Degallado, my agent, went to her manager and came back with a solution that was viable and my men never stopped unloading the moving truck. It was that quick. I had a couple of maintenance concerns with the washer/drier and A/C units, but again, handled.

I also appreciated that the maintenance and grounds people can be seen all over the property everyday. They are dressed professionally and lend an air of saftey and security to the place as well. The man who came into my unit to repair things was very cordial and helpful, knew what he was doing, offered to come back to double check things, was in uniform. Shirt neat, tucked in etc...

As for parking.. I do wish there were a few more free spaces, but you know, if it really bugs me, anytime I want I can pay $15 for covered, private parking very close to my unit.

So all in all, I feel like I am getting the best of both worlds considering how affordable the rent and utilities are here. For the money, I get clean pools, nice outdoor lighting, well kept grounds, friendly/safe neighbors, well insulated (quiet) unit, clean parking lots and a really nice, calm park to walk my dog, Gus, right down the street. The other direction is all the shopping places anyone would ever need.... I am pretty happy with the choice I made and am working on getting my daughter to rent here as well. I feel as though they appreciate my business here.

I almost forgot to mention that I LOVE the Verizon- Fios that is already installed in the units. I had ATT Uverse before, and I still like them a lot, but the Fios equipment already being installed on the closet made hook up a breeze and the internet and tv/dvr are fast as ever.

I Would just like to say thanks to the Foxborough staff for all their help. I have family that have been living at these apartments for over a year and they love it here. I just moved in and everyone has been extremely helpful.

Best place I have lived in so far. The best in the area, the customer service is great. I really recomend this place, you get your moneys worth.
