I lived in these apartments. There is a big problem of roaches. The apartment office will charge you have money for the roach treatments.

This apartment had more thefts than any other apartments in the area.
most of the targets are Asians for the expensive gold they carry. one in every 10 residents are robbed at this place. My neighbors are from India and they said they last 10K worth of gold. The management doesn't care what's going on here. they don't even inform the residents all the incidents happened here, except few. they didn't do anything to prevent the thieves.
The staff's are rude and the manager is not responsible.
When other apartments are slashing down the rent due to the economy, this apartment is trying to increase the rent. Just waiting for my lease to get over to vacate this place ASAP. shop around before you move here.

Hello ppl who are looking to rent,
Do yourself a favor and look for a better apartment. I used to live there for six months and that is one of the worst decisions I made in my life.Your fun starts as soon as you walk into the office. You should be happy if you get a smile or a hello 'cos that is the only time you'll ever get that in the front office. You will be shown model apartment before you decide to rent which is the worst I have seen so far(imagine what you'll get when you move in). After all this if you make up your mind to rent, you'll be given the keys at the front office and nobody will do a move in inspection with you and if you find anything wrong(which you will 100% of the time, mould, broken appliances, window sills etc), your complaints will be taken with disdain. The whole maintenance thing is be a joke and you'll get stickies to fix things yourself and you'll never able to tell when the maintenance guy will show up.(There is only one guy I have seen and his favorite fix is to post stickies)Now after you put up with all this until your lease period ends(you'll have lotta fun along the way) and decide to move out, the real pain starts.Your pain will not end after you leave the place. There'll be no move out inspection, you'll not be told that you have to schedule if you want one, a week ahead.(But you have to give 30 days notice and they'll not tell you at that time). They'll have third party contractors(!!@#$%) to inspect your apartment after you move out to estimate how much it'll cost to clean the apartment(no matter how spotless you leave the place). Obviously, you are not getting your deposit back and you'll not get a proper bill of charges also after you leave. You have to call them and pay or your bill will be turned to a collection agency(that collection agency itself has so many reviews you should check out) which in turn will promptly report to credit agencies without even making a effort to contact you. And there you go, you are screwed for life as all you future credit is based on this(doesn't matter if you work in a BK or Mc, you can get a million dollar loan if your credit score is 800). So do yourself a very big favor and find a better place.Good Luck with apartment-hunting
