Review for Jefferson Ridge Apartments

Everything was fine till I lived there. As I got job in different place thought of moving, so went to appartment office and asked when my lease is going to complete they said on 07/01/2009. I gave two months notice and vacated. After vacating suddenly one person from office calls and says actaully your lease end date is 07/07/2009 and you need to pay your rent for seven days and warns if you don't pay your credit history will be impacted. There was no option for me and I had to pay extra 7 days rent. After 1 month I called them asking to refund deposit as I did not get, I got the answer they did not had time to verify and call me back soon. I call them daily for 6 days daily answer I get will call you back soon. Suddenly one day when I called I got reply Kitchen top was burnt and some other things were damaged so you only need to pay us $350. When I vacated everything was in good condition so I asked for photographs again he says I will call you back and as usual no one calls. suddenly one financial firm calls me and asks for refund. I had to call back again the management again the answer I get is we will call you back but no one calls.

The way management talks is very harsh and always try to frighten. I don't know why they did't checked my appartment for 1 month and they checked only when I ask for refund of deposit. I fell they are doing big gamble and the way they speak always harsh.
