Apartment Reviews for The Villas At Beaver Creek - Irving

I lived in these apartments from 2008 to the end of 2010, I was told that I could move out and they immediately re let my unit, then a few months ago upon doing a credit check I found a 2,700 charge. even though my lease was up they claim they needed two months notice and charged me two months at full market rate of 1,275.00 plus a 700 and some dollar reletting fee.

The apartment was nice and cleam and I never heard from management except when I had a toilet leak in to the bedroom and the fron tmanagement was irate, it was christy and her sister and cousin that work up front adn they were horrible. screamed at me and said I was defying her!!! SShe kept saying 'Don't defy me!'

Everyone that lives in this unit now, is Christy's cousins or relatives.
