Apartment Review for Equinox

I moved to the Equinox because of the location and it's closer to my family. The management staff was very inconsiderate, and I it had a lot to do with the color of my skin. When I moved into my apartment on July 1, 2005, the service was ridiculous. My apartment was not ready until my move-in date and not until that afternoon.

When I finally got a chance to see the apartment, the carpet was stained and burned. When I asked the management to replace the carpet, it was impossible because the carpet "really wasn't that bad." In addition to that, the manager said, "Once you get your furniture in the apartment, you won't even notice it." There is a crack in on of my windows, and every plug has mold on it. It is awful! Words of advice: Make sure they have your aparment ready a week before you move in.
