Apartment Review for Harbor View At Kings Harbor

I am 53 years old and sold my home in August 2010 when my last child moved out. I decided to try apartment living because my home was to big for 1 person. I had never lived in a apartment before but I decided to give it a try. I moved into Harbor View in August 2010 and living here has been a great experience for me. I have come to love apartment living. The management is great and promptly responses to my request. TJ the General Manager is a nice guy who has an open door policy which is great. Stephanie the Leasing Agent is always very nice and is always available to handle maintenance request. The maintenance staff is the best. They promptly handle maintenance request usely within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the request. When my lease is up in September 2011 I am moving to the Woodlands area to be closer to my new precious granddaughter, Brooklynn. If not for Brooklynn I would have renewed my lease for another 13 months. I will definitely miss Harbor View and the staff. They made my first apartment experience a great one. The only con is the running in the hall ways by kids. Management has done very thing they can to fix the problem but kids will be kids and they do run. And lastly, I can assure you I am a resident and not a employee of Harbor View.
