Apartment Reviews for Kings Cove - Kingwood

I was extremely impressed from day one. Everyone greeted me each time i walked in no one was ever impatient. I'm extremely glad I found it because it is hidden in a corner. Love the staff love the gym love my apartment very urban. Work orders always done in a timely manner. Only complaint is parking gets tight on the weekends but no major complaints.

Probably the best apartment I've lived in EVER! The grounds are always kept amazing...maintence men get the job done promptly and keep the apartment grounds looking perfect! As for the other reviewer I thought the staff was kind and extremely helpful. Jenifer the manager will help you out in any situation and get on top of things. Casey the assistant is not rude but when it comes to paying rent on time she does her job. The leasing agents are always smiling and never forget to greet you with a big smile and a hello! The office is really unique...make sure you don't run into the glass though its a little confusing...I am VERY greatful that there is a tanning bed and an AWESOME fitness center it cuts off on many expenses!!! Overall best community in Kingwood...Luxury at its finest with great amenities and great apartment details they surely did think of everything to put in them!

At first I thought Kings Cove was fabulous...then about two weeks later when I actually needed something - forget about it. The management leaves much to be desired. Jennifer is not even mentally there half the time. Kasey is just down right RUDE!! They would rather prance around the office and gossip then actually do their job. As far as everything else it is great...but you kinda forget how great it is once you have a conversation with anyone posing as management. I have been fortunate enough to move into a house now - but if I was still living the apartment life...it wouldn't be here.
