I absolutely love my new apartment! Everything works great and it's beautiful. I actually like coming home here and I have plenty of spots to choose from for parking. I never really hear my neighbors either. The office staff is extremely nice and know me by name already! <P>

Been here for a few months now and no major drama yet. We did move into an apartment that had a major sink leak in the kitchen and broken vertical blinds, it took them 2 days to fix the sink and still haven't fixed the blinds. Honestly though, in the grand scope of things- there aren't vermits running around, the pool is clean, the maintenance team is nice, and management is professional. As far as noise is concerned, it is pretty lively around the clubhouse area, but further to the rear you go, much more pleasant.

I signed a 6 month lease on a 1Br and the deposit was $500-refundable acc. to the lease agreement. My lease expired after 6 mo and I moved out- i never got back my refund-the apt. was in a clean condition. I made calls every week to the mgt-they never called me back! I have given up all hopes of getting my deposit back!@
