Apartment Review for Vantage At Plum Creek

The previous reviewer is absolutely correct. Wish I had known how bad it would get. When Kelli and Nate left, everything went downhill. That was around April 2011. Unfortunately I am not out of my lease until next year.

First off: the new management is horrible. I have had numerous disagreements with them over 1) not being open during their posted/stated business hours so that I can pick up packages and 2) as an extra bonus, they put notes on your door threatening legal action for things you have either already paid or do not have - like a covered parking spot. Yeah, that's right. They charge an ADDITIONAL $35 a month for a covered parking spot on top of their over the top monthly rent.

Oh, and to give you an idea of the clientele/renters they let in, the office staff has had to CLOSE the community bathrooms near the pool because someone keeps smearing feces all over the bathrooms. How classy, right?

I have simply had it.

What they do not realize, is that they are not the only game in town, and soon others are going to catch on that this place may look nice, but that's about it.

When my lease is up, I am gone.
