This has by far been the best community I have ever lived in. I have lived in several luxury communities and managed several properties in the past with a different management company. Vantage at Plum Creek is maintained beautifully from the pool to the grounds. There is never trash or anything out of place. I am proud to show any friend or family member where I live. The maintenance team is amazing! They are very friendly and professional. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond. I have had very few work order requests but, they were handled quickly and professionally. The staff goes out of their way to wave at my children and ask if there is anything I need. The management is fantastic! They are very kind and attentive. It is easy to tell that the entire staff takes pride in all aspects of the community and experience the residents have while living here. The resident events are wonderful. My children are always asking when the next “apartment party” is going to be. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone.

I have lived at several apartment communities in Texas and I must say this place is by far the best as far as staff goes. They are very friendly and helpful whith whatever issues I may have. Very understanding and work orders are always done within that day. The comments below are very disturbing as I was wiery of renting here but decided to take the chance and I LOVE IT!!! You should disregard all negative statements on here.

Moved in Dec/2010 and in my 1 1/2-yrs have had NO problems/trouble at all. The staff when I moved in (Kelli and Nate) were good but the current staff is great. My neighbors were good/ no incidents at all. I would recommend Vantage @ Plum Creek for sure. Only reason I am leaving is b/c my ex-wife/Son are moving 45 mi away and I need to remain close by to provide care for him but when he turns 18 and does not need Dad around as much anymore I would love to move back to Vantage @ Plum Creek again. Loved the complex , the staff , the area. Stores/shopping are so close by , its quiet and safe. Excellent rating for sure !!

I moved in back in January 2011 with the old management team , Kelli and Nate were good - the new team in the office is just as good in my opinion. I am always greeted with a smile , they do not act like I am bothering them or keeping them from other things. The location is awesome , you have stores/shopping , restaurants just down the road. Its quiet , there is nothing else close by. You do get the train horns going by but depending on what bldg. your in its no big deal. I feel safe parking at night/walking back to my apt. since it is gated. Its well lit. The few maintenance requests I've had have all been taken care of within a very short time. Ask me and I would tell you to rent here !!!
