There are good and bad things about this place. After a discussion with the maintenance man when our garbage disposal broke, I've learned that our apartment is not the only one with a bug problem. I've had an exterminator out 3 times and still have the problem. We have lived here 6 months and had the problem within a month of moving in. Parking is a nightmare. There are an insufficient number of spaces for each building leaving whoever doesn't get home first to walk from the from the spaces past the last buildings. Each parking space is fairly small as well leaving trucks and nice cars to fear. We've never had a problem with any of the neighbors or anyone else around. For the price, this complex is taking advantage of you. Oh, and the trash pickup doesn't happen anymore, and if you don't want the Washer/Dryer set you still get charged the same price.

I really like my new apt. It's a smaller property so it's quieter than the larger ones. My favorite thing is the washer & dryer are included in the rent, you don't get charged extra. Very nice inside and out. Well kept up, there are a few lazy people that put their trash out on non scheduled days. They have complimentary trash pick up 2 days a week. Greystar is the Management Co. and I've always heard good things about their properties. So far.... so good!
