Apartment Review for Juan Martinez

I have lived her for over a year and i would recommend this place to all my friends. The Management staff are friendly, and kind always willing to help and very attentive to your needs. The water bill in a little high but they give you a discount if you pay it by the due date. The rent they ask if fair for the apartments. They maintenance does a fairly good you in repairing things in a timely manner. I give this property a 7 out of 10. <P>
