I have lived here for about 5 months and just came across this site. I am very surprised at some of the things being said. I, personally, have had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is an older community, but has some of the same ammenities of larger, newer places. I love the fitness center, and sitting on my back balcony overlooking the children playing in the pool during the summer. The office staff has been very accomodating and always have smiles on their faces. I had a couple issues with my AC unit, but the maintenace staff was quick to respond and got it up and running in no time. The parking is never an issue for me, but that may vary from building to building. I believe that the value for the price is to be expected, and maybe even a bit underpriced. All in all, I'd refer my friends and family to live here, and plan on staying for a while!
