I would think twice!!
I moved out of the Springs about 3 months ago. They are new apartments however, they were built rather quickly and quality was sacrificed. I had mold.... Springs At Live Oak

8 months old and it's been broken for how long?!?
The entire complex was thrown together and suffers from shoddy and incomplete construction, the security gates break down frequently, there is no ons.... Heritage
