in need of a make-over ( over a year ago )

The overall living experience is not bad at all. The rent is decent, and the utility prices are not so bad, except during the winter mine went up from around $30 to $80 a month. Another thing is if you like hot showers, forget about it. The water heater must hold 5 gallons. The kitchen and it's appliances are kind of old, as well as the cabinets. The people in the office are friendly, sometimes they act like they don't know what's going on, but it could be worse. It's really quiet, except for the occasional siren you can hear further down the road, and the trains that pass through during the night. I would rent again, but I have the smallest floor plan, so I would like to get the bigger one bedroom. <P>
