Very clean and well-kept grounds....trash pick-up twice weekly on sidewalk in front of apartment...get-togethers for tenants.....nice pool & spa area...clean....very nice and friendly office staff--out to please.....exterminate whenever you need...covered parking or garages....good location....all in all, a nice place to live, and very quiet and peaceful. <P>
