This complex is only run by one manager. Very small and it has it's perks. The playground is in the center of the complex and can be seen by most units front door. If anything ever goes wrong in your unit...they will never fix it. Roaches are a common occurance and the pest control they use is a joke. Electric bills are unnaturally high due to the age of the buildings.They have also recently raised their rent here and I suspect it is cause of the improvements that they are trying to make. The first improvement that needs to be made is in the office. Needs a bigger staff. The next improvement....kick out the riff raff! You can't really expect to be able to collect the higher rates you are imposing with all the questionable people you have living here. Jane - if I were you, I would watch Virginia very closely.
