Apartment Review for Enclave

The office staff is very nice to you until you move in and then they are very disrespectful. They speak the corporate talk like they have no other choice than to treat you disrespectfully because it is their "policy". I just asked them how they could raise my rent $100 a month in the current economic climate and I was told they could raise it $1000 a month if they wanted to. This is not the first time I have had an encounter with the staff. Power has gone to their heads. I'm thinking of buying a house just so I don't have to put up with this. The apartments are not very energy efficient. The air conditioning only works well when it is cold outside, and the heating works best when it is hot outside. My utility bills have been very high because the units run all the time!! Also, I was late paying rent because my bank did not send the bill pay check and I got an eviction notice on my door on the 4th day of the month. When I called, they were very disrespectful and said they could evict me and take possession of all my belongings. I don't know about you, but I personally do not like to be talked to this way. I am an older responsible adult and have owned a house most of my life and have never before been so disrespected by anybody in my life. It is just that at this particular time of my life I thought it would be better to rent an apartment for a while because I have to move often with my job and was not sure how long I would be staying here. At this rate, it will not be long! The lawns look horrible. Mine has been mostly dirt and a few spots of brown grass since I moved here.
