A lot of noise right off the loop. Paint peeling on buildings. parking is ok if your home before 6pm, after dark frget about it. Maintenance concerns are done at bare minimum leaving you frustrated and tired of complaining. Rent goes up, and yet your confused where the money goes. Property has not been up kept or updated in the last few years. Inside host dated cabinetry and appliances that are old and dont work properly.
