Apartment Review for Ranchland Apartments

Before I speak about this apartment, I have to mention that areas east of Big Spring street and south of Midland are pretty run down and low class.

Ranchland apartment is one of the worst. This apartment houses regular tenants as well as tenants on HUD benefits (rent paid by government).

I can recollect 3 interesting incidents -
1. Looking out my window, I could see police officers escort a handcuffed person.

2. An apartment close to mine used to be leased to a woman. I am not sure if she was a drug dealer or prostitute or what. But different young men would always visit her. One time time I found the apartment empty with the doors swinging back and forth. A short while later I found police officers entering the apartment.
After that I couldnt find that tenant.

3. This incident was the most interesting. I saw 4 police officers walking towards an apartment, with guns drawn. They were yelling at the kids playing outside, "go inside, go inside". Apparently they were looking for one of the residents.

As far as maintenance and service is concerned, the staff wasnt really interested in fixing any of the problems. But that is one of the minor problems.
