Apartment Reviews for Voyager At Space Center - Nassau Bay

If not for the noise, this would be the perfect place to live. The amenities are top of the line. Office Staff is nice and accommodating. Maintenance is on time with every single request. Trash pick up at the front door....love everything, but the NOISE! The apartment is like a resort so you give up "quiet" for the nice surroundings. The walls are not well insulated so you hear everyone coming down the hall, people in the garage, the resident next door. The floors between apartments are made of sub flooring so you can literally hear every single footstep your neighbors make. If you don't mind the constant booming above you, this is the place to live. Management can't or won't do anything about it so you have to live with it or find another place to live. Additionally, the reflection pond is beautiful but unfortunately it has several very loud pump motors that can be heard inside of the apartments surrounding the pond, so you can't really hear the fountain. Bid let down there. Noise inside and out....not sure it's worth the high rent. I have had the opportunity to recommend this apartment complex to others and the first thing I ask is....do you mind noise? That seems to be a deal breaker.
