Apartment Review for Diamond Ridge

Do not look at the model. Make them show you a make ready even if it's not your floor plan. Models always look really nice. Do NOT look at the carpet in YOUR apartment until it's DRY because pet damage does not show up on wet carpet. Do NOT sign anything or put any money down until you have seen YOUR apartment. They are fast talkers with absolutely NO service after the sale. In a word - it's a dump. I now live on carpet that has severe pet damage and a staff who is unwilling to rectify what they did wrong. as it stands right now I can not walk on my carpeting in bare feet as it is unsanitary due to the amount of pet damage. RUN THE OTHER WAY IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE! <P>
