I've lived in the ghetto. this place is worse. It is a tent with electricity, extremely high water bills, animals living in the walls, ants, gnats, flys, and wasps, an air conditioner that has to be recharged with freon every month it is used, flood damage (from another apartment's flood) that apparently should be considered completely tolerable.
