Review for Remington Oaks Apartments

The first apartment they gave me was NOT the one they showed me A drawer was missing and it was infested with thousands of roaches. I had to spend the night at a hotel with my baby which they did not pay for. Then they "made" up for it by giving me a bigger apartment for the same price. This one had ants. At night it sounded like the people above me were always scurrying around but then I realized I was on the Top floor! I soon found out what it was when a huge rat the size of a small cat tried to attack me! I told the office in which the sent an exterminator that did nothing but take a huge dump in my toilet without flushing while I was at work. Luckly I have an exterminator friend that gave me glue traps. I caught it but not before it chewed off its legs trying to get free. I'm a girl and I was so disgusted but was able to take the mutilated screaming rat to the dumpster. I caught 3 more cat rats which I complained about before a friend of mine found and sealed up a hole under the dishwasher where they were coming in from. My air conditioner is coldish but does not blow or register the temp which causes it to not come on when its supposed to. My electric bill was so high! There is always broken beer bottles and glass everywhere. The terroristic kids that live here and play unsupervised tear up everything they come across and the debris litter the complex and doesn't get cleaned up for weeks. Apparently the water heater is accessible to whoever and they can turn it off whenever they want. Nothing like a cold shower before work! I have a 3 year old little girl and this is not acceptable! I hate this Apartment but am locked into a lease til 2010.
