Shadow Creek has been my home for the last 2 years and I just re-upped for year 3. While there have been some unpleasant neighbors, the management has done a pretty good job of weeding those out. I've never had my apt or vehicle vandalized in any way. The maintenance staff is very helpful and professional - probably one of the highlights. My elec. bill is usually $165ish which I guess is ok for a 650 sq ft one-bedroom apt. I have friends with a 3-bedroom house that are paying $400/mo. All residents get covered parking which is also nice. <P>

I have lived here for nearly two years and love it. I have had the chance to get to know some of my neighbors and they love it too. <P>
If I have a problem the staff is quick to fix it. I have called to have someone look at my toilet and the maintenance guy was there in about two minutes (no lie, two minutes). When I go to pay my rent, the office staff knows my name and asks how my children are doing in school. To top it off the place is pretty. There are a lot of trees and the pools (there are two) are gorgeous. Maybe they could re-paint the tennis court, but who plays tennis anyway? <P>
I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed beyond my expectations and find it hard to believe anyone else has. <P>

My best friend lived here and recommended it to me. I have a really nice apartment and the property is well cared for. Most of the staff live on the property, so it is easy to find someone if needed. Maintenance has been completed in one day for me. I would definately recommend this place. <P>
