Apartment Review for The Abbey @ Hightower

I'm only giving one star because I cant give a zero. They require you to pay for covered parking under penalty of being towed, which is fine except there is a severe lack of uncovered parking. At move out, we went so far as to hire a maid service to come and help us clean and they still refused to give any of the deposit back. The neighborhood is good, but the nits are vastly overpriced, you are essentially paying for the gate (which is not in working order more often than not.) The maintenance crew was always polite and punctual, and the understaff is also very pleasant to work with. Dumpsters were poorly located, and the lights in the building vestibules were not lit until almost 30 minutes after dark, making it hard to open your door in poor lighting. Beware its also located next to an oil field and a school zone. The light directly to the west, on Rufe Snow takes an eternity to turn green.
