I am in the new addition of the apartments.
Noise level is low which is good.
Location is good.
Refrigerator and Sink in kitchen are not as nice as they could be for the level of rent.
Apartment layout is good!
The management staff while eager to place you in the apt., there are a couple of them that act like you are putting them out when you need to place a work order to have something fixed.
Do not plan on having a relaxing conversation at either of the pools! Pumps or motors for something are right next to the grills and the pool. They will drive you crazy! Very Noisy!
A little less secure than I like but they do have alarms in the apartments.
No security walking around! But to date I have had no problems!
Overall not bad but they could improve on some things.

I just spoke with the supervisor, he said that nobody ever complain about the noise but myself. How pathetic!

We strive day-in and day-out to provide you with the very best living experience, and while we hope we are successful, certainly there will be days that we could have done a better job. Regarding two matters specifially listed above, know that we are aware of the noise that the pool pumps have been making. We are actually working on this today and hope that the noise will be much less in a day or two--please let us know what you think. Also, regarding submitting work orders, know that we do care and apologize for making you feel otherwise. You are paying top dollar to live here and we are here to provide you with the customer service that comes along with that, including happily taking your work order(s) and fulfilling them within a timely manner.
Please let a member of your management staff know if there is anything else that can be done for you! Not only do we want you satisfied, but we want to have you as a proud resident of Residences at Pearland Town Center.
