I've lived here 2 years..the maintenance staff are responsive and usually solve problems the first time.
There's a gym and a car-wash place and plenty of parking. Units are large and well maintained with large kitchens.
Cons:
No microwave in the unit.
There is one common laundry facility (near the rental office only!) with 4 w/ds.. so it can get crazy on the weekend.
Covered parking is $$.
Rent is about $150 more than other places here.
