Before you sign a contract better ask how much they charge for the water usuage. I paid more than $40 for two people per month. They want you pay water, sewer and trash pick up.
Beware they divide all the expenses to the tenant and lots of vacancy now therefore you get more portion of pie and you pay more money as well.
