Review for Arboretum Estates Apartments

This place is the worst place I have EVER lived in and I have lived in a lot of apartments. It is way overpriced and the crime is getting terrible. There is absolutely nobody who cares about you or your problems once you move into this place. All they want is your money. And a LOTTTT of it. ONce you move out they charge you a ridiculous amount that you couldn't possibly owe. They make stuff up. While living there you will never be able to get anything fixed right b/c the maintenance people have not one lick of sense. I am seriously surprised if they cuold put in a light bulb correctly. After calling them out for the 3rd or 4th time you will be so exasperated at their lack of ability you will give up and vow to move out and make much better choices next time!! The parking??? WHAT A JOKE. People will put dings in your car, especially now that they are letting just about ANYONE who has a wheels move in. Because they don't care about their own car they darn sure aren't going to care about yours. ...not to mention the parking spaces are of shoebox size. I am serious, if I cuold help just one person from making the same mistake I did (moving into this place thinking that although the rent was high it would be worth it!??? WHY?? Things are stolen right off your patio - people mugged while checking their mail?? People having their doors kicked in while at home during the DAYTIME to be robbed??) it would have been worth typing this up. And not a word i wrote is inaccurate or an exaggeration. BEWARE. ...REALLY.

This place is terrible. Bad crime, bad maintenance issues...(never actually able to fix anything so you need to know how to do things yourself) Parking is horrible and there are many robberies and crimes being committed here now. Stay away -
