I really like living here I have never had any problems with people trying to break in or problems with management my concern is the rent is too high why go up on those of us that have lived here for some time you will never keep good tenants this way you will always have those to move in and out and cause problems <P>

I love this place the people at the leasing office are awesome and very professional. The maintenance team are great. Everyone made me feel at home. Due to my job transfer I had to move but I would lease here again if I ever come back. The place is beautiful! <P>

I don't normally post stuff like this, but I had search this site as well as others before I leased my new place and thought that posting my feedback on my new place might help others in there search. <P>
I have been here for a few months now and I must say that it is a great place to live. <P>
The management staff has been very professional, maintance personal are on the job and on time with problems (only had one), there is even a courtesy officers (police office, I think he a sheriff's deputy) on the property. I have seen him a few times and he came across very professional, courtesy and easy to talk to. <P>
I would say if your looking for an apartment this one is a great place. I relocated from the Tollway and Frankford area and happy that I did. <P>
Great office staff! Great maintance staff! Great courtesy officer! Keep up the good work! <P>

This is a good apartment complex, with one MAJOR exception: the noise level. Of about 6 different complexes, this is the most expensive 1 bedroom I have ever lived in, and it is also the noisiest. The walls are unbelievably thin: I constantly heard my neighbors having sex (and they weren't screamers), watching TV, walking around, and SNORING. If you can hear your obese neighbor snoring thru the wall, that is a serious sleep deterrent. The groundskeepers were also disrespectful of the peace, with lawnmowing and edging beginning as early as 7:30 am.

Otherwise, the place was pretty nice. Clean, well maintained, modern appliances, good parking, well lit, upscale club house and conveniences. But if you need peace and quiet, don't want to be on intimate terms with your neighbors, or have a work schedule other than 8 - 5, this is not the place for you.
