Nice living area but they will try to make you pay for everything to make the place same as before you started living there. Normal wear and tear is also not accepted. Some of the staff is too rude and arrogant, not ready to understand your point. In my final settlement they not only took away all my deposit but made me pay more and not much justification provided for the same. If you leave message and wait for them to get back you may just hear from a collector agency. The case was handed over to the collector even before the final amount I had to pay was agreed upon. and after that once you are out no one has time to talk to you they will be hard to reach.
