The Shadow Valley Apartments are a great complex for those who want a homey like ambiance. In addition to its homey feel, the staff is pet friendly and dedicated, and the landscaping is beautiful. Located right near the North West Loop 410, the property is convenient to shopping like Target, Marshalls, JCPenney, and Ross. Right in the same neighborhood is also the Oak Hills Country Club and the University of Texas Healthcare Center. Boardwalk Bistro, Anne Marie’s Carriage House Bistro, and Cheesy Jane’s are nearby restaurants that ensure dining out is not a struggle, but a thing of ease. A few department stores, JCPenney, Beall’s Department Store, and Dillard’s, make shopping a stress-free process because of the close proximity to French Place. The Promontory Pointe Apartments are only a short distance away from the McDermott Freeway. This location opens up doors to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the same area. Some of the stores placed by the apartments are Ross, Stein Mart, and Marshalls Department Store. Restaurants nearby include Graham Central Station, Luby’s, and CrossRoad’s BBQ. Golfers or those interested in learning will love the Oak Hills Country Club, San Pedro Golf Course, and Olmos Basin Golf Course in close proximity.
