I agree with the other review...the only thing luxurious about Bella Madera is the price! The apartments APPEAR to be high quality, but I have NEVER lived anywhere that I could hear EVERY single thing that all of my neighbors are doing. I can even hear my neighbors going to the bathroom(that's disgusting and makes me feel like I am invading their privacy in MY own "home". They sure slapped this place together! In addition, the complex is behind a loading dock(literally, across the street) from H-E-B. All we hear is truck after truck loading and unloading all day/night! The management is very efficient, and the maintenance is prompt...but if I were you, I wouldn't let the words "Shavano Park"(which we aren't really in) tempt you! You'd be better off living in your car!! I will be leaving as soon as possible!
