Let me tell you from personal experience. We were never late on our rent ever! They were so nice to us when we moved in and after we moved in if you seen one of the people from the office they would stick their chins up and look the other way. We needed repairs done in our apartment and they sent someone out and they never fixed it and we told them again and they sent someone out and they came in to our apartment with no permission. I had left my door unlocked and didn't know they were coming. It wasn't maintance was contractors they brought in. The contractors told my husband that they would come back to kill him for the problems we caused them. We reported them but guess what their daddy owned the company and didn't believe it. I have it all on tape. After arguing they gave us eviction notice and I had my child with me. They gave me two days to move out. They said we wouldn't be charged for the repairs and after we left they charged us for things they never fixed and we reported them. Now they are suing us for damages we did not create. The whole time I lived there being a woman i couldn't get a bath unless i boiled hot water to add it to my bath. Imagine having to do that for me and my son daily. They told us they would take care of things then slammed a lawsuit on us and wanted us to pay for things they are responsible for and they told us things change and that's how it is. Please take my advice. Anywhere but Biltmore Park Apartments. Check all apartments around there.
