You are assigned only one parking space your vistors have to park in the street are by the office only. Everyone who works there is related to each other its my aunt this my daughter that very old school. They are freindly enough but all paperwork including lease is done by hand. The apartments only have one restroom and the carpets are ugly but they are cute.
