Review for San Miguel Apartments

You will find the office staff unavailable, actually NOT THERE with doors open during business hours.

The management has no organizational skills. For example, multiple tenants have paid rent, checks were cashed, and then a notice of eviction was placed on door since the office staff did not properly credit people's accounts. No follow up call, nothing from management. Tenant had to go to the bank (the office lost the copy of the check), not only once, but TWICE, and get a copy of the check to prove the rent was paid (on time) and cashed by San Miguel.

Other examples include: Management takes deposits for available apartments, cashed checks, and then leased apartments to other clients. THEN the original future tenant must wait 2-3 weeks to receive the deposit back, on top of being treated rudely by the staff.

The receptionist doesnt know the answers to questions, which can be understandable if she/he is new, but instead of saying, "One moment while I find out the answer", she responds, "I dont know, please come back later".

Can you believe it?

A friend of mine actually placed a deposit for a new apartment. The office staff crossed out the apartment number (we know since we have a copy of the check) and credited another unit's rent. Is this illegal?

This place once had great management, but no longer. The staff is incompetent, lazy, and irresponsible in financial matters.

Yes the place looks great and the pool area is nice.

Business center looks great too, but computers are not maintained and are normally frozen.

Parking is hell as well.

This place is a NO!
