The apartment complex has a lot of floor plans to offer. However, there is very little parking. The location is very convenient for anyone who goes to UTSA or works in the vicinity. The staff at the complex are not friendly or helpful. They do not show their tenants any respect. Any rate increases are courtesy notifications, so watch out. The security access gates are always open. The walk in gate has a broken lock, which they have not replaced since I have lived there. The chairs at the pool are either broken or missing. Maintenance is not quick either.
