Apartment Reviews for Ambertons - San Antonio

YES-not only am I a minority, but I am also a college student at UTSA and active duty military serving my country. It is only due to the fact that my husband and I (who have lived at the Amberton for 2 years now)-have to move to accommodate my education at UT in Austin. The staff has never been unresponsive to me for my maintenance needs, they were courteous and polite, and an honorable mention goes to Rose-who waited until 7pm on my initial move in date back in 2003 from a long drive from Laughlin AFB. YES-she waited until 7pm to give us our keys. Wonderful and honest lady and supportive staff. The only complaint I have is some drunk dumb-a$$ ran into his living room with his own truck-and I live on the first floor-it could have happened to me! Other than that, neighbors are quiet, and there is NO grafitti or loud partying. I actually DID recommend this place to one of my friends who ended up renting here as well. They have very nice floorplans and the price is good for the location. I am going to miss this place and miss Rose very much. I don't know if any of this makes a difference-but I live in Phase II which apparently everyone says is nicer(?). <P>
