I have lived here since February of 2006 and I love this complex. The management is so friendly and the maintence men are the BEST. I live in the 2bed/2bath apartment and rent is only 650/month ( you cannot beat that anywhere), well actually you can find 2bed/2bath apartments for the same price but they will not be as big and most likely they are on the worst side of town. These apartments are a perfect fit. I want to stay here to rest of my college years. As far as the other reviews about drugs... Ya right I don't think so... there are no drugs here... there are quite a few kids but they are not loud nor do they harm the property... I live right infront of the playground and I am never disturbed by the children on the weekends or afterschool... if you are looking for a place to stay, well I say stop looking and rent here. I really have no bad comments about this apartment complex. <P>

I recently renewed my lease for a second year! This is the best priced 2 bd./2bath for the community. My neighbors are mostly young families. The elementary school is around the corner! Well maintained outside and in. Maintenence requests are fulfilled within 1 business day. My dishwasher bit the dust and it was replaced with a brand new one right away! Parking is easy to find. The complex is not gated, but I always feel safe here. The buildings are getting older. I just decided that since my rent is so cheap (only $650/ month!) I can compensate for the mediocre interiors with furnishings I can take with me wherever I live. I recieved discounted rent rates and deposit on my first lease signing, as well as my lease renewal. My rent did not increase with the lease renewal!!! Overall my home at Amesbury at Deerfield has been very pleasant! <P>
