The person who wrote a good review of this apartment complex is very lucky that she did not have a serious problem in her apartment. I however was not that lucky. My air conditioner leaks water into my bathroom. I have spent 2 years trying to get them to fix it, but the maintenance men simply do not know how. I have been promised several times that a solution will be reached but I assume that they were just trying to shut me up. Now the problem has grown mold, lots of mold, and I am very allergic. I can no longer stay in my apartment in good health. The manager will not respond to my phone calls or letters. You tell me if you want to risk being as unlucky as I have been.
