Yeah!!!! My year lease is up and I am finally leaving this god-forsaken complex. As I sit here and type my apartment is a cool 82 degrees becaus the air conditioner has gone out AGAIN!! First, the leaking; then the noise; now it just blows hot air. This apartment was a nice place about when I first moved in by all appearances; however, it has progressively gotten worse month after month! Stay far away if you know what's good for you!
