Review for Ashley Oaks Apartments

When I first moved in, we had a great managment team. But ever since the apartment has been under new managment, it has been AWFUL!!! My air conditioner has been out for two weeks. Maintenance has come out three times to fix and it stops working the next day. The temperature ranges from 82 degrees in the morning to 95 degrees in the afternoon - inside the apartment!!! The same type of thing occurred when I tried to get my garbage disposal fixed. They do bandaid jobs and don't take the time to figure out what the real problem is. Then, they have to keep coming back to fix over and over again. Not only that, they act like you are bothering them when you call them. The lights in a portion of the parking lot never work, even though they've been notified several times. My mailbox was broken into and someone was able to get hold of my credit informaiton. When I told two individuals in the managment office about this so that they could warn other tenants to watch their credit cards, they said "Thanks for telling us" and that was it. When this happened in my old apartment complex (twice), managment had the courtesy of alerting residents that this had happened and to be aware of strange activity. Not this apartment complex. They could care less about the safety and well being of their residents. They do just enough work to get the job partially done and nothing more.
