Rented: From 2006 To 2006

I've been waiting 2 months for my oven to be replaced. I have sent several letters to the office, they have told me it would be replaced, but I have yet to see it. Every time I call, I'm told that I have to speak to a manager, yet she is always "unavailable." I'm told that they will leave her a message to have her call, but she NEVER calls. I have called almost every day, but continue to get the same response. They are also very rude and 'snippy' when you call. I hear similar (and worse) complaints from several other tenants.
