Review for Ashley Oaks Apartments

When we moved in here we thought it was an upgrade from our last apartment..We were wrong. It took almost two months to come in and fixed the toliet and its still not fixed. We asked the apartment to spray for bugs and two months later the did it. We are in our fourth month and we still have fleas and ticks.The maintain staff has made themselves at home in our apartment living open beer cans and taking our bottles from our liqour cabinet. The office staff has been rude and very unhelpful.They make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask for help.The office manager is never aroung when we need to talk to her. They can't make up their minds on what king of dog they allow.No one can give us a straight answer on where we can put a BBQ pit. Their best suggestion is to put it inside the apartment; not practical since pit is propane. Maintaince has damaged our vechiles and refuses to fix them; problem still pending. The lights dont work in the parking lot; and we don't feel safe. The rent is to high for the living conditions and We do not recomend anyone move in here.
