Rented: From 2004 To 2005

I have been here 2 years with my family. The complex has gone steadily down hill. There are known drug dealers residing here conducting business day and night. The music and noise level is concerning. One entire unit burned to the ground. Repair service is mediocre at best. My sewer was backing up into the tub ready to overflow onto the floor and the manager was asking me to wait until the next day for plumbing service!!! The assistant manager is a pox upon the residents as well as a nosey hen day and night. The area is very nice but I would not suggest that you relocate to this particular complex.
