at Bella Madera you will find one and two bedroom, pet friendly San Antonio TX apartments for rent. All apartment homes have garden tubs in the bathroom, large walk in closets, 9 foot ceilings and a private balcony or patio. You will find gourmet kitchens in select units with island countertops and black onyx appliances.

The pool at Bella Madera is incomparable and certainly is a gorgeous feature. More important are the individual apartments and the management and maintenance and those are excellent too. There are a wide variety of sizes in the 1 bedroom units, but even the smallest (and very affordable) have a utility closet off the kitchen with room for laundry and storage. The grounds are well kept and the whole complex is quiet overall. If you have a pet check out the pet policies in advance.

The place is gorgeous and the pool is to die for, but they charge you for every little thing they can think of and it is pretty ridiculous!!! Pet rent, $10 a month (don't forget the pet deposit - $400), seriously, for a cat! And the valet trash, $30 a month, is a joke. I think I can walk to the garbage can the once a week that I need to. Also, beware, there are no microwaves in the units, isn't that standard nowadays? And there are no ceiling fans in the units. Just a couple areas the cheaped out on us. The noise level is good, and seems to be pretty quiet to be honest. Parking is a little ridiculous too though, every spot is for a compact car so it is a tight squeeze wherever you park and the parking lot is usually full. Garages and covered are available, for a pretty penny of course, but are few and far between. Also, to get into the gym, the front gate, and laundry you need to buy a door opener and that will cost you $25. The place and the tenants are really nice, but you will have to pay for it!!!
