Apartment Review for Blue Swan Apartments

Equity sold this to Pinnacle and Pinnacle has not fixed or upgraded anything. You get old appliances that hardly work, the doors and fixtures are ancient. I got locked out of and INSIDE my apartment because of the doors. The French doors are rotting wood. The maintenance guys don't know how to fix anything and they show up late. Sometimes they show up when you didn't call them to fix something someone else in another apartment called about. very mickey mouse. The staff at the office are incompetent and the best one, jennifer, is VERY hard to get ahold of. The other one, Vicki is useless and always pawns you off on Jennifer. The gates are always breaking or being chained shut. It's very ghetto.
