Apartment Review for Brandon Oaks Apartments

These apartments are nice but management sucks and everything is outdated. There are tons of kids in the complex and they are always playing in the parking lot so your cars get hit almost everyday. The bathrooms always leak never fix the problem just patch it up to make you happy. The plans are resonable but it is very old. And there is only one cable outlet for the whole apartment so we have a spliter running to 3 tv's in our apartment. oh and not enough parking. Trash is always everywhere. When we moved in no new carpet put in had to clean it ourselves!! Pet deposit $500!
